Organizers we found on public listings (October–November 2026)
Aloha Match has posted in-person speed dating nights for set age ranges at Honolulu venues during 2026. Look for its listings on Eventbrite.
DateFaster lists a Honolulu speed dating event for ages 24 to 39 on Saturday, November 14, 2026, at Secret Spot Honolulu.
The Fun Singles lists recurring speed dating sessions and mixers for the Honolulu area by age group. Some are online.
Singles events on Maui, Kauaʻi and Hawaiʻi Island
When we checked Eventbrite's Hawaiʻi singles listings on October 27, 2026, every speed dating night and singles mixer we found was on Oʻahu. Off Oʻahu, big community events are the easiest way to meet people in person, and they make an easy, public first date:

Tips for your first event
Arrive a little early, eat beforehand, keep your phone away, and follow up the next day only through the event's match system. Get home on your own, and read the safety center.

Are there singles events on Maui, Kauaʻi or the Big Island?
When we checked public listings on October 27, 2026, the speed dating and singles mixers we found were all on Oʻahu. On the neighbor islands, community events like the Kona Coffee Cultural Festival (November 6–15, 2026) and holiday parades are the easiest ways to meet people in person.
Is speed dating better than apps?
They work well together. Events give you face-to-face chemistry, and apps help you meet more people between events.
